Are your employees bonded and insured?
Yes! Our insurance is the best available. We are bonded and also have liability insurance. Prior hiring we also check references and conduct a police background check on each individual.
Do we have to be home when you clean?
The majority of our clients give us a key/cleaning code. In most cases it is not possible to provide a specific time for us to be at your home. If you choose not to provide us a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning, you may incur a lockout charge.
Will we have the same persons cleaning our home?
Yes. Bow Valley Partners and Grime LTD will have a regularly assigned team to service your home.
Do you guarantee your work?
Absolutely! Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each time if something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we will correct it for FREE. *Cleans not contacted within 24 hours will not be considered.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Payment is sent out through or Email QuickBooks application . You may pay by Cheque, E-transfer or Visa/MasterCard. *NO CASH. *One time cleans require a credit card payment within 24 hours.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes we do! Whether it's for Mothers Days, Valentines Day, Birthday or Anniversary or even to help a friend through a difficult time. Whatever the occasion, our gift certificates can be sent straight to the recipient or to you! Contact us for information.
What if I have a pet?
Pets are not a problem. We do need to be notified if you own pets, and we like to know their names. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, we will want this information to be included in your client policy or work order for that day.
Should I tip my cleaner?
Tips for our cleaners are neither expected nor required. Leaving them a simple note letting them know how well they did will mean a lot to them. Our cleaners want to know that their work was met or exceeded your expectations. However, if you do wish to leave a tip, please place it labeled for them on the kitchen counter.
Can I hire one of your cleaning professionals directly?
Our cleaners are not available for direct hire. A great deal of time and resources is put to hiring our cleaners. Each cleaner signs a contact with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employee not from any of our clients for a period of two years from the date that employee last worked.
What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?
Bow Valleys Partners in Grime will be open for regular business during all national holidays unless specifically requested in advanced. Fees will be increased by 50% for services on national holidays. If your cleaning visit falls on a holiday, every effort will be made to reschedule your visit for the following week, but this is not guaranteed.
